Top Knobs products now also shipping from Los Angeles
Our customers in the Western states will start receiving most of your Top Knobs shipments from Los Angeles instead of New Jersey. Adding this additional warehouse location will give our Western customers faster delivery. Top Knobs products have been added to our Atlas Homewares warehouse in Los Angeles, so another benefit is if you order Top Knobs and Atlas Homewares products on the same PO, those orders will ship together. Below are some answers to questions you may have about the Los Angeles warehouse: Will all of my Top Knobs orders now ship from Los Angeles? Based on past history we expect about 95% of Western states orders to ship from Los Angeles, and 5% from New Jersey. Not stocked in Los Angeles are some low volume products, the Top Knobs bath collections, and the back-to-back appliance pulls. Those products will always ship from New Jersey. How will I know whether my order is shipping from Los Angeles or New Jersey? The Order Acknowledgement we send now indicates by line item which warehouse will be used for shipping each product. Will I sometimes get two shipments for the same order – one from Los Angeles and one from New Jersey? 95% of the time your order will ship complete from Los Angeles. If products on the order are not available in Los Angeles, then those products will ship from New Jersey. If I get two shipments will I get two shipping charges? No. Shipping charges will only be applied to the first shipment. And Top Knobs does not charge shipping on backorders. How will service from the Los Angeles warehouse differ from service from the New Jersey warehouse? If you already buy our Atlas Homewares products, then you can expect the same great service for Top Knobs products that you receive for Atlas Homewares products – 98% of orders ship within 24 hours. When will my Top Knobs orders start shipping from Los Angeles? We’ve stocked the Los Angeles warehouse and have started shipping. Do I now call the Los Angeles warehouse to place my orders?
