In order to provide better service to our clients and dealer network, we have brought a new member onto our team. Her name is Penelope (Pen) Tolman.
Lisa Street, the founder of Excel Marketing, has worked with Pen for over 17 years. She was the office coordinator when Lisa managed the Rocky Mountain Showroom in Jackson, Wyoming. When she went out on her own as a Design Specialist, Pen specified and ordered many of the products this agency has represented over the years. Needless to say, she is very familiar with the lines that Excel Marketing represents now.
Pen has been working with us since the first of the year. She is excellent at customer service and will help us fill in the gaps when our reps are out in the field.
